Paul Diver, SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Paul Diver is IAS Learning Group Ltd’s leading Facilitator, change agent and organisation development consultant. He is committed to lifelong learning for himself, and is continually seeking to deepen the outcomes he brings to clients particularly in an environment of accelerating business climate change. Paul takes the approach that change is really all about possibility and to achieve success, business and organisation leaders need to be prepared to take risk and explore outside the comfort zone of accepted thinking. Paul commenced his facilitation work after completing a role as Director Human Resources for NZ Breweries Limited (Lion Nathan) in 1993. Paul has been consistently successful in facilitating and coaching clients at the senior leadership team level for the past 14 years. Much of this work has been undertaken with multi-national clients in New Zealand, Japan, China, Malaysia and Australia. Paul is a law graduate of the University of Canterbury, was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the New Zealand High Court in 1979 and commenced his career as an Employment Advocate for the State Services Commisssion and the NZ Employers Federation. Paul is also an Associate of the Arbitrators’ and Mediators Institute of New Zealand.



Peter Sammons, ASSOCIATE

Peter Sammons has over 20 years’ organisational development and training experience, and has been working with IAS New Zealand since 1996. He has facilitated conflict management, leadership development, team-work, self development, stress management programmes and business planning across an extensive range of industries and public organisations. Peter also coaches a wide number of people in both public and private organisations. Peter has worked with a variety of companies including Audit New Zealand, Norske Skog (Tasman Paper), Fuji-Xerox Ltd, Villa Maria Wines, Morgan & Banks, Auckland District Law Society, New Zealand Institute of Management, New Zealand Post, Port of Tauranga, Auckland City Council, Walt Disney Japan, Bahrain Petroleum Company and Bahrain Ministry of Works and Housing. Peter is currently completing a Bachelor of Business Psychology at Massey University, has undertaken five years of human behavioural training and has been a member of the NZ Institute of Management’s facilitation team since 1995.



Leslie Hamilton, ASSOCIATE

Leslie Hamilton moved to New Zealand with her family in 1996 for a life style change and has been working with IAS New Zealand since 1997. She is an executive leadership coach and facilitator with over 20 years’ experience both in New Zealand and internationally. Leslie customises solutions for leaders or team members to transform opportunities into accomplishments. Working with Leslie enables clients to raise their individual performance which in turn enhances the effectiveness of their teams and the results created by their organisation. Leslie has worked with a wide range of companies, including AUT, Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, New Zealand Post, 4i's Communication, Fonterra and GSK (UK), developing solutions to improve leadership, communication and organisational development and performance. Leslie’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from Lake Forest College, a Masters in Education from the University of Illinois and a Masters in Business from the University of Wisconsin. She is also a Master Practitioner of Neuro-linguistic Programming and a graduate of Coach University. She is active in professional organisations and is a member of the Editorial Board for the International Journal of Coaching in Organisations.
